Gradients - the need to get it right
A critical element of any wetroom installation is the gradient or 'fall' in the floor of the shower zone. Getting the correct angle in the floor of the shower zone is essential to avoid water pooling around your feet and spilling onto the flat areas of the bathroom floor. That's why we have created the Aqua-Dec, Aqua-Grade and LinearFlo-Dec wetroom floor formers.
Aqua-Dec
Accept no imitations! The Aqua-Dec is the original wetroom floor former designed and manufactured by Impey UK.
Once installed, the Aqua-Dec provides a completely open-plan shower area with no tray, steps or protrusions - just glorious, useable space and because it is lightweight it can be easily installed by a single tradesman.
Aqua-Grade
The Aqua-Grade is a new revolutionary product designed by Impey UK and is the only known product of its type. It has been specifically developed to allow the contractor to produce accurate consistent falls in a concrete screed.
LinearFlo-Dec
The new 'LinearFlo-Dec' wetroom floor former really sets us apart from the competition, with all of the great features found in our original Aqua-Dec design, but with a twist for contemporary living.
Drainage Options
The drainage systems available for the Aqua-Dec have been specifically designed to be the most versatile on the market. Our traps have been designed to be shallow, which makes them ideal for cramped or restricted areas where space can be a problem.
Tilesafe Membrane
A cold applied, self adhesive , water-proof membrane consisting of a thick bitumen based layer that incorporates a woven glass fibre mesh on one side for the application of tiles.
Shower Screens
Shower screens are not an essential feature of a wet room, but they do add a real sense of consideration for design and sophistication to the finished room.
Devimat Underfloor Heating
A tiled floor can look totally stunning, but without underfloor heating it can be very cold and unpleasant to walk on. The Devimat system can make a tiled floor as luxurious to walk on as it is to look at.

Centre of Excellence
Impey UK has the only dedicated wet room training centre in the UK designed to train showrooms and installers in the application of our wet room products. Upon completion of the course all attendees are eligible to be entered on to our National Installers Register.
